Questions
Which POS systems do you support?
Clover is the only POS we connect to today. Without Clover you can upload your sales from a CSV file, and menu, reservations, inventory and TV menu boards work without a POS at all.
Is my data secure?
Your Clover access tokens are encrypted at rest. We only read from Clover and never change anything in your Clover account. You can disconnect at any time from the Connect page, which stops syncing and deletes the stored Clover access, or by uninstalling the app in Clover.
How does the free trial work?
Every new business starts with a 14-day trial with Pro features, and no card is needed to start. Pick a plan from the Billing page whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Owners can change plans or cancel at any time from the Billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite managers and staff from the Team page. Staff see only the day-to-day pages, and billing and team settings stay with the owner.
